Books-NewMost English books available at http://www.amazon.com (US) are also available at http://www.amazon.co.jp (Japan). Although amazon.co.jp does not discount books as much as amazon.com does, the freight is free of charge if you buy more than 1500 yen worth (before tax). This applies even if they order the books for you from the US (but not for orders through amazon.com). They also now have a more than decent section of German books (go to the foreign books section). They have yet to come up with the same selection for French books. Amazon.co.jp's weakness is English books sold by Japan Times, Kodansha, or Tuttle. They are not always able to get them (or it takes a little longer). -- AM Origami Books...
