Hair-Curly HairAnyone with curly hair might be interested in Curly Girl by Lorraine Massey. She advocates a very different approach to caring for curly hair, which is actually very frugal. If you want to google it, it's variously called "no-poo", "low-poo" and "conditioner only". There are lots of forums devoted to this subject or if anyone is interested you can write to me about it (I now follow a variation of this).
