Smelly FeetMy sons have a terrible problem with foot odor and I found the neatest thing at Costco. They are little tiny plastic balls decorated like sports balls (soccer, baseball, basketball) with deodorizer inside that you can rotate open and they are easily dropped into the shoes as soon as you take off the shoes in the genkan (entrance way). They help keep my genkan (entrance way) smelling fresh and really help keep the odor in the boys' shoes down. KT You can put the small sachets of drying stuff that come in packets of nori (seaweed), sembei (rice crackers), etc., in with your shoes to help keep mold at bay. KA It also helps to sprinkle baking soda in your socks before putting them on. It keeps the odor and moisture down. An Arm & Hammer box of baking soda is very reasonable at Costco. I got this idea from the book called "Baking Soda" by Vicky Lansky. A very useful book! YI << SlickDeals | Index | Sofmap >> |
