The UPS StoreTopics: Mail Forwarding, Postage, Shipping I have had a mail forwarding account with Mail Boxes, Etc. (Now called 'The UPS Store' in the US) since moving to Tokyo 6.5 years ago. It is definitely not the frugal choice, even after hearing the prices that others have paid to have things shipped FBC Express. I spend about $500/yr to have a mail box and forwarding. All postage is in addition to this and ever since they tied up with UPS, it seems as if postage has gone up. But, I am satisfied with the service and I like the fact that I can always get something if I want it without having to bother my parents.
